Palmetto Party Rental (PPR) is a full service rental business specializing in party and event rentals. PPR serves the entire Midlands of South Carolina including Orangeburg, Sumter, Camden, Florence, Newberry and Winnsboro.

Palmetto Party Rental opened its doors in 1999. Our owner, Adam Ruffin, has been in the party rental business for over 22 years and has worked in all aspects of the business. Between Adam and his staff, we have over 45 years of experience in the event planning industry.

Our management team members are active members of the American Rental Association, Columbia Bridal Association, Executive’s Association of Greater Columbia, Greater Lexington Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Young Professionals of Columbia, Kershaw County Chamber of Commerce, Contemporaries of the Columbia Museum of Art and area churches.
